Change User Status

You can change a user’s status by completing the following steps:

In order to help control costs on DMP University, we ask that you please mark all inactive users as Inactive. Inactive users are not able to log in to DMP University and will need an administrator to change their status before they are able to log in.

All users that have not completed a course or Instructor-Led training in the past 12 months will be automatically marked as inactive.

  1. Select the 🛠️ icon in the top right of the screen to access the Administration Dashboard.

  2. Select Users / Groups > Users.

  3. Select the ✏️ icon under Action on the user that you would like to change status.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Select the Active or Inactive radio button under Status to change this user’s status.

  6. Select Save to save the changes.
