Reset a User's Password

You can reset a user’s password by completing the steps in each of the following sections.

Force to Change After Manually Setting New Password

  1. Select the 🛠️ icon in the top right of the screen to access the Administration Dashboard.

  2. Select Users / Groups > Users.

  3. Select the ✏️ icon under Action on the user that you would like to edit.

  4. Select Edit.

  5. Enter in a new password in the Password and Confirm Password fields.

  6. Select the Yes radio button under Force Password Change.

  7. Select Save to save the changes.

Email User Login Info

  1. Select the 🛠️ icon in the top right of the screen to access the Administration Dashboard.

  2. Select Users / Groups > Users.

  3. Select the ✏️ icon under Action on the user that you would like to edit.

  4. Select Email User Login Info on the right-hand side.

  5. Edit desired information on the email.

  6. Select Send Email to send the user’s login information.
